Just landed in Chicago - Lilly and I are waiting for people to disembark - I spent the flight reading Dr. Norman Doidge’s new work on neuroplasticity, “The Brain That Changes Itself.” I always read with a pen so I can underline & annontate - and I scribbled “whoa” or “!!!” at least a dozen times. I highly, highly recommend you buy and read it.
